Has anyone booked an apartment in Mantri Espana? They are charging Rs 11 lakhs for a car parking. Don't you think it is quite expensive. I was planning to book a flat in this project but have put the decision n on halt. Please share your thoughts who have already booked a flat in the same.
Today I called the Mantri builder and they said that Phase I and Phase II and Phase III will get completed 2014. The price of a 4 BHK apartments will cost you around Rs 2.50 crores.
