Got next demad letter for amrapali silicon city, should we pay considering the situation?

Q: Hi I have got next demad letter for amrapali silicon city to be paid by 16th august.

Considering the situation should i pay the anount or wait till 17th august decision by HC? What are the consequences if i pay the amount with 2-3 days delay.

Even I got the demand letter but my bank has refused to dispersed the amount and asked me to wait for sometime
