Q:Hi,I own a flat in the W tower that was promised possession in Dec 2013.. Its running too late and now Amrapali is bombarding us with messages to prepay to avoid increase in service tax. This is ridiculous.. we will need to pay additional service tax because the builder delayed the project. This is unjustified. The builder needs to pay the penalty as well as the additional service tax they are demanding now.

Q:Flat in P-tower. Builder to pay for additional 105sq ft amounting to 2.5lakhs. As per contract 775 sq ft is the carpet area. Measured today and found it to be 770 sq ft. they are not able to justify. please suggest! We need to fight this together!
Latest Answer: I also came to know that they have refused to give the penalty of late delivery of flats. This is TRIPLE knock to us - Delayed flats (means additional rent), Additional payment for small change in balcony size and then no penalty.

Q:I VISITED SILICON City site last week. I have booked a flat in Tower F. The work on this tower is extremely slow. The work progress of work in this tower is almost NIL in the past three months.Specification as promised by the builder is not being followed. Internal door height & Ceiling height is kept low as compared to normal standard .
