Q: I heard from my friends that the quality of construction is not good and other projects from Sai Purvi Developers are not as per Plan.Lots of complaints from completed project owners.
If this enquiry thread is still on and if people are still reading this. I was just browsing to see feedback for Mithila as we are a satisfied customers (Lucky me after reading all that was here) I don't know what happened by 2011 but we had a flat in Pride and finally they are handing it over. Just yesterday got a call from them saying May 8th is the Association Meeting and they are handing over the project and already we have received our OC as well. What we liked about the property was the exterior stairs it very well thought of and executed. The fittings and all were OK nothing great though the switches were not very great so I had requested to change which they did at Rs.5k more. Anything more about these guys on Mithila project. Though the location is excellent I dont know if 5.5k is worth it.

Hi Rajya Laxmi, Before booking just do some back ground check up of the builder as I have read some negative reviews about the builder over the internet.
Raj K - Yes the quality of construction is sub-standard. I have booked a flat in Sai Purvi lotus in HSR layout and i am observing that they always defer the pending tasks to next stage. I can even quote their name. One is Mr.Verma and other Tarak. And they have a contract with a tile company called Western Marbo and by looking at the tiles(38 Rs per Sq Ft) that will be used for flooring, i would say its pathetic. I am already contemplating of other alternatives for flooring tiles. Just pathetic.
This is about my friends bad experience with sai purvi developers alias Bm developers,bangalore. This cheat builder quotes 400-600rs lessthan the market price.This is the trap. They offer more space and the flat looks great on the brocuchre. Their way of making profit is providing cheap fittings(duplicate jaguar etc) and third class looking paint colours and doors. The sell more car paks than available and at the time of handover run away after collecting all the money and alloting the car parks and the amenities promised. you can check all these with the people who bought in purvi meadows hoodi.They collected 1.5 lakhs for car park and 50k for amenities.nothing has been provided and the flat owners fight with each other for car parking.
