I had booked a flat in Saroj Cosmos. I got all the documents related to the Land and the project. After discussion with my lawyer I have signed the agreement of sale and construction agreement with the builder. The land is owned by the builder and there is no joint development . This project has been approved by SBI, HDFC, ICICI, PNB, Corporation bank, AXIS and LIC. I also have looked into some of his projects which he has done in his past 9yrs, Before i booked a flat there and i have not found any issues. The builder seems to have completed all his project in time. I have seen good progression of this project everytime i visit the site. Hopefully this has provided you with some information. Hi Cheenu, Thank you for the information. I have visited the site yesterday and have liked the location very much. They are quoting 3195/sqft. Just want to know how much I can negotiate with them if I want to buy a 2BHK there? I am not sure about the prevailing prices in that locality.
