Q: How many people have taken fitout possession? Is there any information about it?
The builder is saying that OC will come in about 6-8 months. What is the point to taking fitout possession other than paying the builder the full amount?
Why is the builder charging CAM from 31st, October? My understanding is that as long as the builder doesn't given possession (full possession where I can live in the building) they have possession of the property and therefore any maintenance is their responsibility. How can this be transferred to the buyer without giving possession?
The builder has indeed changed the name of the project to 'Splendora' or some such. I got a letter about it a few days back. Regarding CAM, both on overcharging as well as starting it before handing over possession, we need to seek legal opinion. Anyone here know a legal expert we can talk to?

I think you are right.. firstly he has delayed giving possession of flats which increases the expenses of buyers. And now he is charging for amenities before giving possession, which is an extra charge for buyers..
