Is SVS Palms on Query land ?

Q: I heard that SJR Unity is built on query land, which means its base will not be strong and water problem will be obvious. As SVS Palms is situated near to SJR Unity; I would like to check about quality of land in SVS Palms. Is it query land or not? Has anyone checked about it.

Hi Vidya, my understanding of Quarry land [its misspleed in above post] is that that land was earlier excavated/digged for extracting stones/slates and hence the grip of building might not be strong. I am not sure if SVS Palms on such Quarry Land or not [but nearby SJR unity is ] and also I am not sure of other problems due to Quarry Land. So, one should be little caution and find this info before putting hard earned money.
