Q: I have booked one flat in SVS Coco Grooves.How is it? Has anybody got the loan approval from SBI for SVS Coco Grooves?

Price per sqft is around Rs 3150 and 2 BHK will cost you around Rs 36 lakhs.

The sales person said that they have got approvals from banks like LIC, HDFC, SBI and Punjab National Bank.
