I'm planning to book 3BHK flat on 3 rd floor in SVS Palms. Is there any thing I need to bother or concern about? How about the top floor roof and heard finishing isn't good (Having some cracks). Also in the thread, some one was discussing about the dispute of the land and 40 foot road is common to public or other side of the construction. Positively looking forward for the replies. Low grade Builder u can come across .... every thing is good at the start ... but the end result and delivery is pathetic. Now they have floated a new company called SVS Developers, They have SVS Structures, SVS Constructions... Same wine in new bottle. They operate under different names with same logo. They are building one near HAL Old airport ... what they promise on the brochure is not at all matching at the site.
Better buy ready-to-move in with them so taht you hget to see what you are buying or you have had it.

Quality is not upto the standards. it is not worth for our investment for this SVS builder. I have bought one apartment at Ramamurthy nagar from this builder. the finishing is not good... for the last one year i have faced lot of problems(tile placement is not good. patti for the walls so bad, water level at restrooms is not proper...) with this builder quality... please search for another good builder.
