Q: Hi everybody,This is Maulesh Shukla. I bought an apartment in Tierra B, Casa Univis (renamed as Splendora). I got a mail from them yesterday saying they are running behind schedule and are not getting approvals so I have an option to get my money refunded at 12% simple interest. This is cheating of highest order. Please note, they have sent such a mail to buyers from Tierra (A, B) and Cielo (C, D). Being a small retail buyer, I do not have any power against these powerful frauds. Can we create a common group and fight it out? All affected buyers who got such a mail can meet the management as a group and put our case forward.Let me know if all are interested and we can take this forward.
Hi Sonia, Do you have any updates of this project? Can you kindly share some useful information of this project as i have bought a flat in this project but no construction work has seen last 5 years. Is there any solution for this? Why shouldn't we form a what'sup group and share the information to each other? I need your advice....
I have started my house management services at Lodha. I am managing houses for minimum charges(Rs.3000 per month payable annually). It includes bi-monthly cleaning of flat, payments, attending meetings, updates with photos , handling keys and few more services as agreeable.
I am the owner of CIELO a wing flat and will be residing there from October last week at Lodha Splendora.
We also deal in interiors, packer, buying and selling of flats.
This is a new service offered from October 2013 by a housewife(M.B.A.) who wishes to grow big in life. I have my first client from Ignis. I can give you this family's contact number for a feedback .

I think the only way to form a pressure group, hire some decent legal advice and send a collective notice. And take it from there. The builder's case is obviously weak because this contravenes natural law of justice and ethics of doing business. We can even do route this through consumer court, where, things can probably happen faster. Frankly, neither of the options served by the builder are acceptable. There is a far out chance that we may accept if they offer an alternative.

Hi, I have also booked flat in tierra B, and got letter from LODHA group on 4th Feb 2013, what action you guys taking on the letter i am planning to send back the letter and not accepting any of the option. Option B without any conditions would be the only option.

we have even paid stamp duty n registration for our flat in Tierra B ...IF THE APPROVALS WERE NOT IN PLACE HOW DID THEY REGISTER OUR FLAT?? they are returning our money only with a 12% interest ...when my friend went recently to the site she was quoted a price starting from 8300 per sq feet...this is ridiculous!!!!

Hi everyone, even I am facing the same problem. It is heights.. How can they play with our hard earned money. I think we can make a group and join the owners' group which is on the right hand side in Lodha Casa Univis and blurt all our worries. Lets fight together.
