The project is located at a distance of approx 10 kms from Eastern Express Highway and about 12 kms from Thane station. There are quite no of reputed schools, colleges, hotels, malls, supermarkets near to the project.

The price for 1 BHK comes to about 85 lakh for Phase 1 which is already completed and costs Rs. 51 lakhs for Phase 2 which is under construction. Heard that Phase 1 is ready for possession and Phase 2 will get completed within 3 years.
