We are negotiating a flat which is ready to move in a month+ time.
Legal opinion seems fine.. This Project is ON TIME.. Two of my colleagues are part of the owner forum and they recommended this project. In fact, we were told the builder had acquired more land area to accommodate STP, Amenities etc..
Overall this looks like a safe bet... Having said this, could you please share your concerns??
Marathahalli was transformed overnight into a self-sufficient region when IT hub exploded in Bangalore city. The locality is a residential, commercial as well as an industrial hot spot of Bengaluru. Hello Darshan, Myhna Heights is a G+14 storeys apartment consists 4 towers. From what I heard last month, 75% plus flats were already sold out. There are quite a few 2BHKs left,, but,, hardly any 3BHKs left. Is it true? How is the project connectivity to the other parts of the city?

Myhna Properties is one of the well known developers in Bangalore. The company is known for their good construction quality and they have completed projects like Myhna Brindavan and Myhna Mandevilla. :) :) The rate sqft they are quoting is Rs 3400

just saw from the prestige website that peripheral ring road is coming in that area. is it affecting the existing state highway and our property. has any one did a analysis on this
SH-35 will remain SH-35,it will be exapanded in future and for this already there is room with myhna heights. and this proposed PRR will be away atleast 1-2 km away from the SH-35.
I dont think so..please can you help us get any of this information? .. about history and that will throw some light on the credibility of the builder...

- The LIC bank approval is there , while approval from SBI is awaited. -The sales team said they have received approvals till 9th floor and yet to receive for next 5 floor. - The builder is new as far as bangalore is concerned and only into his 2nd project in city however the project layout, location etc and staff attitude make the project look very promsing.

I had checked on the 3BHKs availability. All of them are west facing:(. Rates sound to be good for that area and locality. Still not sure about the builder, has anyone got an idea of the builder. Their old project in Kundanahalli is a small one and this is the first big project they have in Bangalore. I have been told that OC, CC will be given and have tie up with SBI and SBM. Assuming SBI and SBM would have done decent checks on the documentation, does this project sound OK? Would like to hear from others as well. Please post your comments and thoughts...

@ Rameshwari!!! Myhna Mande Villa is a completed sold out project. You can go for Myhna Heights. The price per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3200 and the possession date is by 2015 December.

Now every issue got sorted out ... we can got ahead & book your flat ... still you have doubt ...talk to ur lawyer... All issue are almost sorted out ..now go ahead & atlest block ur flat otherwise if wait for all approval .. u might don't get ur favourite one ...
I booked B-1203, along with 3 of my colleagues, who also booked B3 in different floors. Hitesh, You mentioned there are couple of major concerns, what are they? What did your lawyer say after going through the documents?Any idea when'll the agreement process going to Start?
Early july .... When we booked at that time he has only up to 4th floor plan confirmation ... so it almost confirmed upto 9th floor .. we not yet done any agreement..
I own a flat(405) in Mandevilla . I found that the quality of construction is good and materials used are also of good quality. I am satisfied with whatever I have got till now. I am of the opinion that the builder is trustworthy.
I would suggest to clarify any of your doubts directly with Karthik,don't go with hearsay, he is young and good guy and easily approacable
What would you like to know about this project ? There are couple of major concern which we were discussed in our same older post, u can refer those above points. Apart from those still do u have any further concern, kindly post it so that somebody will reply on ur query from among us?
I don't think there is any serious issue .. we met with our lawyer & there are few thing which we'll resolved by discussion with karthiken....me & my other 8 frds booked flats over there.

I met their MD kartiken around 4-5 times regarding myhna heights project related queries. Following below things I gather from him as of now: 1. BBMP approved project 2. Land registered at the name of Myhna Properties 3. At this moment kartiken is looking to get some initial amount so that he will start their project 4. At this moment they have only basic upto 2 floor approval, remaining floor approvals will take 2-3 month as he committed to me. 5. Location is very nice 6. At this moment due to pending approvals, you can get good price 7. Work is going to start from 15 april. 8. Model Flat will be available within 20 days from now onwards.
