Please dont book the flat at ELITE HOMZ from their dealers / sales exectuves unil an unless before in writing.

Q: I will going to take some legal action against ELITE HOMZ for their false commitments , awful behaviour with their customers specially the director of ELITE HOMZ in noida office.
They dont even provide proper trust to make over.

MIght be the best builder but the least customer sensitive. You will hardly get a response back from them. They will snatch your peace of mind for the time you are dealing with them. I am a buyer I have a flat in there and I go through this trauma each day. They have never replied back to me over emails.

It is the best company or you can say builder in Noida.
Although they are unable to fulfill their promise for possession, but in Indian market uncertainty in normal, so this doesn't matter much.
Summary- They are the people whom we can trust.
If anyone is having problem with them, please post your query here, I would discuss with them and I am sure they would hear me, because they know how to build a relationship. P.S- I am not a company personnel, I have just bought a 2BHK flat from them.

I have very good experience from Elite Homz, where i have booked a falt on 6th floor. The possession is happening as on expected time and quality of construction and furnishing is excellent. My experience with the sales team has also been good.

ELITE HOMZ is a joint venture between H.R. Buildcon (P) Ltd. and Oracle Realtech (P) Ltd. H.R. Buildcon (P) Ltd has created its identity long ago in realty sector and Oracle Realtech (P) Ltd is another promising name in the real estate industry. So I do not think the builder will give false commitments.

One of my cousin lives in one of the completed project by this builder. He is very happy with the construction quality and finishes. Also he is encouraging me to but a property in Elite homes. Moreover, I have not found any bad reviews about the builder on web. I think this is a good property to invest .

I should inform u that i hv inquired about u frm company and i came to know that u had booked 4bhk in oct 2012 flat costing more than 1 crore witha booking amt of 1 lac only.. though ur flat was hold for u till 1sth week of march2013..so do u think dat any builder in delhi/ncr can hold ur flat for 6monts on mere sum amt??????

i hv also come to know that u hv booked this flat in down payment plan... isnt it true???? if so then on which basis u r thinking to take a legal action??? if builder will start taking legal action against u.. then what would be ur basis...??? i have never seen any complaints against this builder on any web portal/fourm from june2010 till date as i hv already booked a flat over here in june2010.. and i m very much satsfied with the behaviour and services of the compnay..

Why do not file a case in consumer court? this might help you. And wat about the money ? will they give it back?
