I would like to suggest you please do your all due diligence before investing your hard earned money anywhere in the country. Take the advice of a legal expert and verify all the legal documents and then go for it. There are lots of negative feedback about the developers. He frequently changes the given floor plan and after booking they do not listen to the customers.

As per RERA guidelines, a completed project does not require RERA approvals. As far as local body is concerned, Noida Authority has approved it and banks such as Corporation Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC, Axis, ICICI, Indiabulls etc are offering loan for it.

Yes, there is a current offer going on for Civitech Sampriti. As per builder, you do not have to pay GST and Service tax.
