illegal electrical 50/sq ft charges by antriksh group

Q: i have a received demand letter from antriskh kanball 3g in which they have illegally charged 50/sq ft for electrical charges
it was nowhere mentioned in agreement
please suggest me what to do?

He is saying this is added by govt
this liability has been added after agreement

Hi Nikhil,

As per my knowledge, builder is charging fire, electrical & registration charges as per Govt. rules. So if you are saying that builder has not mentioned anything about it in the agreement , then you can discuss with the builder.
