Well Mr.Singh, Griha pravesh is quite confortably located with easy connectivity to the city centre, the NH24 and the Noida Expressway. This is one of the upcomming locality that is still developing but has access to all basic needs as sectors nearby are fully developed. The City centre metro station, fortis hopsital, reputed schools and shopping complexes are allavailable in a 5-6 km radius..and once the metro expansion happens there will be astation that is just 400 m from the project...
All major private and nationalised banks are funding the project . i think around 80% of the funding will be done by bank and you can choose from ICICI, Axis, BAnk of India, SBI,PNB, Canara , IDBI, Andhra bank or India Bulls........ As per my conversation with brokers the structure and towers are all completed ..just the interiors and finishing is ongoing and that will take a maximum of 1 year..so possession will most definetely be by early 2015.
Hello Harshal, for 1130sqft and fresh booking the price is Rs 5000 which means that the flat costs around Rs 56L..you have said 75L ...?? Is this an all inclusive price that you are telling???
Hi Harshal, well as far as i am aware top professionals, mangers, doctors and professionals with IFS and other govenrmental agencies have booked flats in this project and so is expected to be a posh locality in its own right... the project is in sector 77 which is an upcomming area although the already developed sec50 is nearby and is a very good option for end use and investment.

About the building... this structure is one of a kind approved by IIT Bombay and is a green building recognised by the IGBC..so its is estimated that the building will be cooler compared to other buildings in the locality... then there is provision for rain water harvesting, water softening palnt, fire fighting equipments, solar systen for hot water supply etc...
Also the nearby projects are from quite repuetd builders like the prateek wisteria, civiteck sampriti, supertech Capte town, Aditya celebrity homes, Elite homz nad antariksh kanball.. So future is very posh and finie living experience...i will 100% recommend the project to you...
Well the price is in accordance with the price trend in the area but then given the amenities offered and the builder reputation and other stuff.. i guess the deal is good...
