Almost all the leading bankers of today like HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, Bank Of Baroda and financial institutions are providing 80% loan for this property. You have to pay 20% of the property at the time of booking or within 3 months.
No, This project has got all the approval from bank as well as the Noida development Authority.

Sector-77 has a very good locality advantages, connecting through Noida Extension, Dadri Road, NH-2 and Noida City Centre. It's nearby projects are Aditya Celebrity homes, Supertech supernova, Amraplai Silicon City and many other. It gains the advantage of being connected with Sector-52 which is already developed. Fortis hospital is very close and Vaishali Metro Station is just 1.5 kms from there.
