Any specific reason that you have decided for Ansal's project? Kindly contact me in case you need support and advise in deciding. Further I can support you in your booking also. Are you looking for direct booking with the builder or second sale. Please note that second sale will be cheaper by around 10-12% on BSP.
As per company communication , Builder Buyer Agreement is going to happen sometime in 15 days and construction will start after 2-3 months of BB agreement .I have few units in Ansal Fernhill which i want to sell , let me know if you want to discuss it further .
Actually i am bit confused as ansals have yet not introduced the project on their websites. As i understand that as per law builders cant put up the project on their websites until all the approvals are done. so, m being a little unsure. Any idea on this??
