Is it worth ? or do i have other options ?

Q: How well worth is it to invest in this project at t his moment as an investment. Will the rates appreciate in near future? Or can it be used later on to stay ? I mean, what is the pace of developments in & around this property ?

Hi all,
I visited the project site of ''Maceo'' on 28th May. Talked to Anant Raj person over there. They have already started quoting that Possession will be at the end of 2017. Little or No Progress. As per staff, flooring done for 8-10 floors for 2BHK tower. There has been little progress on the project since last 6 months.

First of all i would like to express my views on Dwarka Expressway locality. Also known as the Northern Peripheral Expressway, it covers areas such as Bijwasan, New Palam Vihar, Kherki Daula and finally meets the NH-8. Top real estate developers are developing their project in this 8-lane expressway. Second and most importantly, Expressway falls in the R-Zone in the Gurgaon Master Plan-2021 which means in the coming years, the value will increase significantly.

I agree with you Nithin.....Its close proximity to Delhi and IGI Airport will always ensure a quality price. Because the stretch is still under construction and there are chances of getting a good size apartment as compared to other areas in Gurgaon at affordable rate. You should search your property near sectors-108/109/111 along the Dwarka Expressway to gain almost 50% returns. This stretch will soon be at par in investment potential and will also redouble Sohna Road in appreciation.

@Sayatani, You have a good knowledge of the Dwarka Expressway. Are you a resident of this locality? You must know that the new Master Plan, there will be a well-built 100m-wide roads connecting the area to the Metro corridor and the proposed diplomatic enclave. The 18km Expressway will be close to some SEZs that are coming up near Kherki Dhaula. This Expressway will reduce the travel time of commuters from west Delhi. It will be parallel to the NH-8 till it merges ahead of the IFFCO Chowk.
