Sorry ! they still have not been given license & they are reqd to get license, environment clearance, building plan approval before proceeding any further ...

Hi! i had applied in nov, 2014, by estate adviser told me they have been provided approval under license no. lc-2980 on 15.7.2014, but beyond that i only have recd meaningless excuses from this builder, even agent claims affordable housing projects have kept all in dark, the small investors, brokers and even huda ... and nothing happens, even with khattar ji there, its sad .. can anybody advise what to do?

Thanks Neel, can you please advice about the project (Shantima). Is it safe to invest in the same...as I understand that sector 91 is a prime sector surrounded by many reputed projects.
As you mentioned that the builder is waiting for the approval...

Hi Prashant,
Recently I inquired about the project & got to know , builder is waiting for the approval. Once the approval will pass ,builder will start construction.
