Q: I am keen to know the progress and issues in Anant Raj Maceo project in Sector 91 Gurgaon. It seems there is hardly any progress in the project. Any news on the expected date of final handover of the units?
Hey Guys, Any body knows when this project launched? Is there any significant price change in BSP? I am a new investor in this location. Kindly provide some information about sector 91 price trend.

As per sources, this project was launched in year 2012. That time the launching price was around 2600/sq-ft. In year 2010 the average residential price of this sector was around 2440/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this average residential price is around 4850/sq-ft.

Project is located on 60meter wide road with 3sided connectivity to Dwarka expressway , Pataudi Road & NH-8. This sector is surrounded by Green belt. This project is close to existing HSIIDC industrial sector. Proposed international school is nearby. Project is well connected with other parts of city via city transport .

This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 1195 sq-ft to 2724 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5500/sq-ft. Structure work has completed. Expected possession of this project is around 2017 August.
