Hi all, As for 2BHK size has increased to almost 8.5%(1195 to 1310) of the flats. Does anybody get a written paper from Anantraj saying that they will not charge for the extra area or increased area. If not can we ask Anantraj for a written letter for not charging for the extra area. As my friend told me that developer will charge for extra area at the time of possession.
Well Subho, That is very common practice in Gurgaon. In majority of cases, actual size is higher then ATS and differential is always demanded at the time of possession... same should be true for this also... So beware of such practices.
