Hi, i feel that 5 Star and Commercials , Mall etc are confirmed and more or less even the Villas, hence it should really give a boost to this area.so in near future Sector 143 will get an edge over 137 and 168 which are considered to be better places and more expensive at present. So in long run if not better atleast one can consider 143 to be equally good

i have contact the Mist Avenue. As per them they bought 100% share of company which have take over and now this project safe to buy. But i am still not sure about this from any independent source. Although they are ready to show papers for same. I hope everything is fine now. Does any one know advice whether it should be price for commercial shop in this project ....

Hi, Tushar , Bhasin builder are bhasin motors,succesful car dealers in delhi. Their first project grand venezia mall in greater noida launched in 2007 is still awaiting completion and went to the site and had a discussion with people there,a mall, five star hotel & villas are planned. But I have feeling this land-use for villas may changed to luxury apartments as happened with Logix earlier. For now Noida authority approval is not specified.
