Latest Answer: Hi, i feel that 5 Star and Commercials , Mall etc are confirmed and more or less even the Villas, hence it should really give a boost to this area.so in near future Sector 143 will get an edge over 137 and 168 which are considered to be better places and more expensive at present. So in long run if not better atleast one can consider 143 to be equally good
