Yeas i would also like to add that , the project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Badminton Court,
Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc.

Hi, the project is located in Sector 77 , that is one of the posh area in Noida. You have FNG corridor, walking distance to sector 50 and 20 min from NH 24, hence the location and area is very good. This is a residential area and maximum projects are coming up in this area.

Yea , sure, right now the price per sq ft is RS 5100, which is affordable price for the sector. Th project is good and the builder. You should go for it.Moreover there will full chance for appreciation in near future , at least you can expect 40 % with 4 years..
