What is the booking amount they are charging for villaments? What are the additional charges I have to pay?

The initial booking amount will be INR 50 lakhs across all villaments. Yes additionally charges are there which includes car park, statutory levies, deposits towards providing power and water connections, maintenance deposit, service charges and cost towards stamp duty and registration.

Old Airport Road in Bangalore is one of the important locations for residential complexes in terms of connectivity and proximity to IT parks, malls, hospitals, educational institutes etc.

The location is stretched from the junction of Trinity Church Road & Victoria Road to HAL and Marathalli.The real estate market on Airport Road is booming in the recent years. As the demand for affordable housing is rising, property price in this localities have also seen an upward trend.

Looking for a villament in this project. How many villaments and villaments types does Embassy Grove have?

Embassy Grove will be developed in two parts. Part 1 consisting of 66 villaments spread over 4 Acres 37 Guntas and Part 2 consisting of 40 villaments spread over 3 acres. The villaments sizes will vary from 4600 sft to 6000 sft with 4 bedroom duplex and 4 Bedroom + Study triplex units.

Nope I have not booked an apartment in this project but I am planning to book one. The only thing is that they are not ready to give any kinda information over the phone. The marketing guy is insisting me to come and visit the site once after that only they will give all the information.

The project offers 4 and 4.5 bhk villaments. The project has got approval from HDFC and SBI approval is under process.
