How about the project Ambiance Orion. Is it good for buy?

The price of the properties has been increasing constantly which has given rise to the real estate sector. At present, the region has numerous residential projects by reputed builders. In the July-Sep quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 5147 per sq. ft. So after few years you can definitely expect very good return.

The project is ready to move as it was suppose to get completed by November 2013. They are providing bore-well as Cauvery water connection is not there.

As per my knowledge I do not think it is a good idea to buy an apartment which has been approved by panchayat as you wont be getting A Khata and also only few banks will be providing loan for this project.

Hi Zafar, Recently I talked with the market person of Ambience Orion, he said that it is a Joint Venture between Land Owner and Ambience Housing. But my concern is that the project is approved by gram panchayat.
