I heard that Electronic Phase II is not so well developed so will it be a good idea to invest in this area.

If you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. Once the proposed PRR gets functional you can expect a good return from Phase II.

Banks like SBI, HDFC and LIC Housing Finance has approved the project. The project is located Huskur Road, Electronic City. The project is just behind Satyam Mahindra, E City Phase II.
