The rate per sqft going on is Rs 2400. Phase II in this project offers only 2 bhk apartments and all the leading banks have approved the project.

I am looking for an apartment in Phase II. What is the rate per sqft going on and which are the banks providing home loan for this project?

Has the project got all the approvals from BBMP and banks? How many phases are there in this project and how far it is from Electronic City?

The project has two phases. Phase I they have already completed and Phase II will get completed by another 22 months. The projects is known to be approved by BMRDA and all the major banks. The project is around 17 kms from Ecity.

The project is in close proximity to Electronic City, the TVS Factory and Narayana Hrudayalaya - a premier hospital and other amenities like hospitals and schools. The project is strategically located off the Bangalore-Chennai highway and BMTC, KSRTC connectivity is at your door step.

Is the project launched. if yes when and what is the expected possession date? What is the price per sqft?

The project was launched in 2011 and the expected possession date is by 2015 March. The price per sqft is around Rs 2200 which is again negotiable.

The first phase of the project comprises of 480 flats (1BHK) of 400 sq ft each, priced below Rs 5 lakh (excluding property registration and other government charges). The second phase of the project comprises of 648 apartments ( 2 BHK) of 650 and 656, price starting from Rs 14 lakhs (excluding property registration and other government charges).
