Absolutely thugs, never go to them, They are very good in their lies and convincing you to get the sale and construction agreement signed, they have been fooling hardworking people for more than 5 years on this project and eating on their money. This project is never going to complete . They keep sending false promises to their loyal customers and cheated them.

project is not completed yet. There are legal issues. Visited their site and work is going very slow. completion is projected past July 2016. Looking for other options.

Be careful if anybody thinking to bay a flat from Mittal builder ( Trishul developer) because they will show something at the booking time but finally they will build something else.
I have booked one flat in Mittal palm Jakur Bangalore, At the time of booking they shared the plan and same was built at site and after site visit I have booked the flat, Now after receiving the payment around 80% they have done changes which are directly and indirectly affecting to saleable area, aesthetics and natural lighting in common lobby.
They covered the part of common lobby area in one flat out of the 5 flats at the same floor. When I inquired about these changes from builder then they said there is no change in saleable area of flats and we are only changing the common area and we have right to change anything.
The common area already divided and included in the total saleable area of each flat then any change done in the common area will defiantly affect the saleable area of each flat.
