Unihomes 2 lies in the eastern region surrounded by sectors 116, 118, 120 and 74. The sector is in close proximity to central Noida region which has multiple city level amenities including hospitals, schools, recreational parks, malls and other shopping spaces. Sector 117 is connected to electric supply but water, sewage and drainage network is yet to be laid in this sector.The project is in progress and will take another year to reach possession stage but looking into the current record of Unitech, investors have started to doubt on their project completion time. The price per sq ft would be around Rs 4,695. The area is around 805 sq ft for 1 bhk and 2bhk is round 899 sq ft. When are your plans to visit the site ?
Helllo Supratim, Unihomes II is located in Sector-113, Noida. As far as I know this project is near to metro station..and so dar I did'nt heard any bad review about this project. When are you planning to buy ?
