Unitech Unihomes 3 Two BHK Flat

Q: I have 2 BHK flat 899 sq feet in Tower A3, 1st Floor. I would like to sell the property. Any one interested contact on nine eight double one six eight nine three double five. I will give the buyer very good discount as well.

I booked this property at 3500 per square feet. I am ready to give this to you at 3300 per square feet. If interested please give me a call at 9811 - 6893 - 55. I am keen to sell because I am shifting out of the country and would like some capital to buy property abroad.

I know this project has been delayed but Unitech is trying its best to deliver Phase 1 (Tower A1 to A6) within the next one year. The flat in question is under construction and should be ready by mid 2018. Yes, they have collected 95% of the flat cost from most of the buyers. And i am sure that they will do the same thing with every tower. Unihomes-1/2 possession was due in 2012 and it still not completed. Many have file law suit in consumer forum and lot's of cases pending in nearby police station.

Hi all,
Even i have booked a 2BHK flat in Unitech Unihomes in February 2012 under construction linked plan. I have paid 75% of the agreement value. The construction of the tower has been stopped and there is no updates on it now. Emails/Calls by Unitech Officials are hardly entertained and even if sometime we managed to get hold of them on call, we are given any random dates for the construction to commence. Seems like no body knows in Unitech when it will start.

Hi Pranab,
Do not invest any of Unitech projects. All there project are delayed by 3-5 yrs. Your hard earned money will stuck. As per their allotment letter Unitech was supposed to hand over the possession within 30 months from the date of allotment which is August 2014. So far they have completed only the structure and after that stopped the construction.The finishing of the whole tower will take minimum 2-3 years if they continue the work.
