No progress in Tower B1 in Unihomes 3, Sector-113, Noida. I have booked my two units in Unitech Golf and Country Club. I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2007 for Rs 1.5 crore with a promise of delivery in 2009 but the builder has failed to deliver flats or answer our questions pertaining to the delivery of flats. Our family has gone through a financial crisis due to the investment in this project but the builder never bothered to deliver on his promise.

I know this project has been delayed but Unitech is trying its best to deliver Phase 1 (Tower A1 to A6) within the next one year. The flat in question is under construction and should be ready by mid 2018. Latest Answer: Lying adjacent to sector 79 which is reserved for recreational use by Noida Authority, Unitech Unihomes 3 is a high rise residential project. The roads are left incomplete and is absent at few stretches. FNG corridor is within a km from the project while Noida Greater Noida Expressway can be reached within 15 minutes ensuring good connectivity to the capital city.
The builder is losing its charm due to continuous delay in the projects. It has not yet delivered some project which were launched long ago. Moreover Unihomes 3 can be considered overpriced with average amenities. So I don't think it would be great to invest in the project. You can also read a good review about this project in a website:

Latest Answer: Unihomes 2 lies in the eastern region surrounded by sectors 116, 118, 120 and 74. The sector is in close proximity to central Noida region which has multiple city level amenities including hospitals, schools, recreational parks, malls and other shopping spaces. Sector 117 is connected to electric supply but water, sewage and drainage network is yet to be laid in this sector.The project is in progress and will take another year to reach possession stage but looking into the current record of Unitech, investors have started to doubt on their project completion time. Q:Read about UNITECH being in financial mess...so much that the staff has not been paid salaries for last three months...any updates...is it going to affect the project completion...???
Latest Answer: Thanks all for your insights....I have already invested in Unihomes-3, but I still don't have a clear picture on the delivery or pace of construction from the broker or Unitech office. Hence a lot of confusion exists in market.
