Hello Pramod,
No progress in Tower B1 in Unihomes 3, Sector-113, Noida. I have booked my two units in Unitech Golf and Country Club. I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2007 for Rs 1.5 crore with a promise of delivery in 2009 but the builder has failed to deliver flats or answer our questions pertaining to the delivery of flats. Our family has gone through a financial crisis due to the investment in this project but the builder never bothered to deliver on his promise.

I am agreed with Vibhor. All the projects in and around NCR by Unitech Group is getting delayed by 5-10 years. There are so many negative feedback against the developers and its projects. Thousands of buyers are still waiting for their flat possession who have invested in 2007-2010. There are lots of court cases are pending against the builder. There is some judgment came in favor of buyers from the High Court. And builder has to ask to pay the invested amount along with compensation from the actual date of possession.

Hello Vibhor,
Since you booked your flat in 2007 and currently 2018 is going on and your post is dated January 2018 I assume you have’nt recieved the possession till date. However now you have a remedy at your disposal. You can file a complaint against the builder In UP-RERA and seek compensation for for the mental harassment you went through along with your principle amount with interest. I am handling several cases regarding the same issue and have aquired orders agains the builders to compensate the homebuyers in several matters. You can contact me if you need any assistance.
