Lying adjacent to sector 79 which is reserved for recreational use by Noida Authority, Unitech Unihomes 3 is a high rise residential project. The roads are left incomplete and is absent at few stretches. FNG corridor is within a km from the project while Noida Greater Noida Expressway can be reached within 15 minutes ensuring good connectivity to the capital city. The builder is losing its charm due to continuous delay in the projects. It has not yet delivered some project which were launched long ago. Moreover Unihomes 3 can be considered overpriced with average amenities. So I don't think it would be great to invest in the project. You can also read a good review about this project in a website:

I think you do not have to worry about that, there are families living in near by sectors like 119 in Amrapali, Gaur and also a local village market at walking distance for vegetables, meat etc.
Thats a bad Unihomes 1 is not moving at a good pace and is delayed by 2 yrs already, so Unihomes 3 is a long term plan - at least 4 yrs (min). So if the possession is in 2015... take a grace period of 1 year more.
See i can give you a small suggestion that if you dont have a budget constrain, I would rather suggest you to look for some thing in Sec 119 as it will be livable in 1 yrs.
See i can speak about connectivity, there is a upcoming metro passing throgh Sec 71 would be 2 kms away..You have direct road, connecting DND. Which i feel are good positive points of the project!
Hi, this project only is offering sizes of around 3500/sq ft and along with it you should be completely ready to accept a delay of 2 -3 yrs. All projects of Unitech are delayed... due to the name in scam!!
See for 2bhk Apartments with 899 sq ft size, they are quoting Rs 42.2 lac. They are offering 1-2-3 BHKs, are you looking for investment purpose or for buying???
