Sarjapur has seen lot of development now its turn for KR Puram. People work in Whitefield and Hebbal ( Manyata Tech Park) prefer to stay this area as the area is easily accessible and there are properties still available at an affordable price. Whitefield real estate market is getting saturated as far as I know :)

I have booked the flat in Oceanus Classic(Builder is reputed and Quality is good) but the work is moving at Snail pace, some of the new project have launched in this area and they are doing good progress. @Gajendra. This project is approved by BBMP. Then I think you should make up your plans because the price is around 55 lakhs for 2bhk and for 3bhk it is around 70 lakhs.
@Gajendra..good..The size for 2bhk it would be around 1263 sq ft. No, this project don't have cauvery water connection ...because I guess that locality doesnot have connection. May be later they get on.
Hi Gajendra, Oceanus Classic is one of the popular residential projects in Whitefield Road, Bangalore. As far as I know, this project would be good for investment as I have heard whitefield road is quiet good place. When are you planning to buy ? How much price you are expecting ?
