@Jackie : The completion date will be by Dec 2015. This project was launched just one year back. No currently they are not giving any discounts but they can do slightly negotiate.

Yes, this project is aproved by Government of Harayana. The nearest metro station would be Huda city metro station.

Hello Manish, this project offers 2bhk and 3bhk . The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 83 lakhs for size 1530 Sq ft and for 3bhk is around Rs 93 to 1.097 crores for size 2215 sq ft. Which unit are you planning to buy ?
