Water may be a problem in the future. But what about drainage. There is no STP I suppose. STP is a must for all projects. When I asked the builder he said that he will be draining the sewage into a nearby corporation drainage which is between DNR project and other houses, that too without STP. This will create problems in future. If Association is formed, we will have to be able to solve these problems, as the builder will not be in the scene.

Do they have rain water harvesting, Sewage treatment plant ? Is one borewell sufficient for all the houses? Nearby DNR is a high rise tower, so water may be a problem in future? Is there any deviation in this project.
