I am looking to buy a 2 BHK here. Please let me know the following. As Arun has asked here in the forum, what is the percentage of deviation.

Water may be a problem in the future. But what about drainage. There is no STP I suppose. STP is a must for all projects. When I asked the builder he said that he will be draining the sewage into a nearby corporation drainage which is between DNR project and other houses, that too without STP. This will create problems in future. If Association is formed, we will have to be able to solve these problems, as the builder will not be in the scene.

Can anyone who has bought an apartment here provide me their phone number. I want to talk to someone who has bought here about how these problems, especially the drainage problem can be solved. anand_friendly84@yahoo.com

Do they have rain water harvesting, Sewage treatment plant ? Is one borewell sufficient for all the houses? Nearby DNR is a high rise tower, so water may be a problem in future? Is there any deviation in this project.

It is just half km to forum value mall from the site. No currently no discounts are given in this poject but you can have a talk with builder for negotiations.

What about the cauvery water connections ? Are they proving bore-wells ? How is the connectivity of the project ?

For cauvery water connection the work is going on..may be by possession date they will get the connection. They are providing only 1 bore-well.

Yes, it would be good for investment as the launching price was Rs 3,000 and the current price is Rs 3,800. The price is increasing. You can expect good returns in future. It is very near to Honda showroom.
