Well Balaji,
I see lot of agents/builders putting land for sale along NH-207 connecting Whitefield to Hoskote. Can you suggest investment potential of the same area? I drove that side and hardly see houses after a few kms in NH-207. Considering Prestige Shanthiniketan is around a few kms away from place, does it have growth opportunity?

I checked with the project and there are charging 3300 for sq ft, still some flats left, even the location is fine.

Adithya Constructions is into real estate industry from 2003 and they have constructed around nine projects and two projects are under construction in Bangalore. But there is hardly any information available on internet.

This project is located in Whitefield. You can reach this project like its from forum value mall its just half kms to Hope farm circle from there you have to take left you can find CCD. From there you have to take U turn , you will find Axis bank then Andhra bank you can take left, its just 600m to the project site.

Yes it would be good for investment as the launching price was Rs 2,850. The price per sq ft will be Rs 3,100. The price is increasing you can expect get good returns in future.

@Ramesh Reddy: No, currently they are not providing cauvery connection...but it is yet to come. They are providing 3 bore-wells in this project.

Banks such as HDFC, LIC, SBI..have approvals for home loans in project. This project is approved by BBMP.

Hello Abhilasha, this project is located in Whitefield, near to Forum Value mall. This project has 2bhk and 3bhk . The prices are like for 2bhk it is around Rs 44 lakhs and 3bhk is around Rs 55 lakhs. The size for 2bhk is 1132-1294 sq ft and for 3bhk is 1358-1660 sq ft.

The price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,100. The project was launched just 2 months back, and the launching price was Rs 2,850.

No, they are not providing any discounts. But they can provide slightly negotiations. The expected possession date will be by Dec 2014. Yes I guess you can shift within a year.
