Q: Anybody has bought plots in pebble creek project, would like to know from them. what all approvals are there for that project. When did they buy the plot?
I have posted this in other forums too as I feel people need to know about this unreliable builder. Roma builder does not have the competence or credibility to execute such a project. just see their pebble creek project. 5 years and work still not completed. people have suffered huge losses in waiting for the completion while paying emi on loans and rent at the same time to live elsewhere. some desperate ones have moved in. no lift, construction work still going on. extreme poor quality work. no one from the builder at the site to monitor. Builder has disappeared. he does not answer phones, does not attend any meetings...
so its up to you all to take the risk or find someone reputable
I doubt that anyone by name atul kumar is a buyer with roma builders or resident of the said pebble creek apartments . Secondly the association members always have an easy access to meet the builder , he doesn't need to answer the phone calls of every individual as a team is deployed to manage the maintenance of the apartment.
Mr Sharma Are you paid to write on behalf of the builder? are you saying what i have said is wrong? the builder answers your calls? great, then can you please ask him when will he release funds, people etc etc to complete the lifts, the 5th illegal floor? the swimming pool, gym and clean up all the mess around due to the construction.

Yes I represent Roma Builders and no I'm not paid to express my views and I reiterate the fact that members of the association do meet the builder regularly, the latest being this weekend (23/02/15). Hence I highly recommend that you keep yourself posted of the discussions of your association to understand the progress of the work and the availability of the builder. Alternatively, you could share your real contact information with us, as we don't have any buyer by the name of Atul in our records, and the builder himself will get in touch with you .

this builder is very unreliable and thoroughly unprofessionally. he has not yet completed this project even after 4 years. He has now started another big project in whitefield without completing existing one. Doesnt keep his words at all. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR ROMA BUILDERS. FRAUDS!!
What this buyer and others of his ungrateful like will not disclose to you about the so called "fraud builder" is the amount of personalisation they have all done to their flats at the expense of the builder causing a chunk of this delay. The Builder has been nice enough to grant them all the top quality desires they have in terms of fittings, customisation and what not but all these ungrateful, conniving buyers have obviously forgotten about this. Another fact they very conveniently let slip is the kind of appreciation their property has gotten over the years. People who bought their flat at Rs. 3200/sft are now selling at Rs. 5500-5800/sft owing to the quality and location. We all make mistakes and learn from them. We at Roma have revamped our entire structure and staff, bringing in experts with no less than 20 years of experience, to handle our new project and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Dont buy flat in Pebble creek,I have purchased a flat there 2 years back and he is not handed over the flat even after 1 year delay.And he has no clue when is going to handover and he is not reachable by any means and he is absconded for couple of months.

I have come across an article in TOI saying gated community is unauthorized society. there is no such term in BDA so all gated communities are illegal. Are you aware of any thing? Hi Sarkar, the project is known to be approved by BMRDA. The project seems to be a ggod one as it is located on NH 207.
