What are the types of configuration and sizes they are giving? Who has approved the project?

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 977 sqft - 1446sqft. As far as i know the project is approved by BBMP

Urban Flora is approved by BBMP. It has around 1000 Sft 2 BHK available. The project is by Urban Living Solutions.

The project is under construction and it is expected to get completed by mid of 2014. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 5300 and for negotiation you can talk with the builder or the sales person directly

Riddhimaan Buildcon is the builder who is constructing the project. The company offers excellent quality and timely delivery is their main motto.
