@Vivek, This project is located at Hosur road, Anekal, the nearest landmark would be JR Conest property which is just 1 km from the project. The booking charges would be 2 lakhs and as far as I heard most of them said it is good for enuse. I would suggest you to visit the site once.

Do they provide cauvery water connection ??? What about the bore-wells ?? How many bore-wells are there in this project ?

Yes they are providing cauvery water connection as well as bore-wells. ARound 3 bore-wells are there in this project. The current price per sq ft is Rs 1,250.

The prices for 1200 sq ft is around Rs 13 lakhs and for 2400 sq ft is around Rs 25 lakhs. The current price per sq ft is Rs 1,250. Currently one plot is available for resale.

The project was launched at 2009 for phase I and phase II was launched just one year back. Banks such as LIC Housing Finance has approval for home loans.

Hello Balaji, Aishwarya Royal Park Avenues by Aishwarya Estates has two phases..i.e phase I and phase II. The phase I is already sold out and phase II will be completed by nov 2014. The land is approved by BMRDA.
