Hi all, Almost a year passed by after booking the flat but still no progress and not even ready to make an agreement, also no clarity on whats going to happen in Mahaveer builders, don't believe in this builders.

As far as I know the project was launched in September 2013 first week and the estimated possession is by 2016 March. The current rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3400.
