Attibele is a periphery and panchayat town in Anekal taluk, Bangalore. The Karnataka-Tamil Nadu border is also settled in this locality which is marked by an arch. Initially, the locality was a small village and after 1990s the development of NH7 was done under "Golden Quadrilateral" project. If you are looking for long term investing than go for this locality but the locality is not good for short term investment.
As far as I know the project offers amenities such as Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Gym, Party Hall, Sewage Treatment Plant, Car parking and Children's Play Area
Swastika provides good amenities and is reasonably priced when you look at other projects in the area. I think you should go for a site visit yourself, look at the progress, model flat, area etc and then decide. I would rely on my judgement in these matters and then talk to existing buyers and then decide. In fact, this is exactly what I did before booking a flat in Phase II!
I found Swastika within my budget and it offered good amenities for it. I have booked a flat here and I am planning to go for a home loan. Ive already thought of how I would do my interiors and stuff; very excited about this as this is my first home buying experience!
The project is approved by BMRDA and banks like HDFC, ICICI, Axis, LIC and SBI is giving loan for this project. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 16.95 lakhs to Rs 37.23 lakhs. approximately.
I am an owner with Swastika and I had an excellent experience with Sowparnika Projects. They were helpful with paperwork as well; I required a lot of papers for my home loan and they helped me with it with prompt replies and shared the required documents as well. The pricing too was quite low as compared to others and I am frankly surprised at some of the comments here!
I have booked a 3BHK apartment with Swastika. I wasnt in station for quite some time and I had much of the work done via courier, etc. The person liaising from Sowparnikas side was very helpful and arranged for everything in a smooth manner. I had gone for a site visit and booked the flat as I liked it very much and I found it much more affordable and with better amenities than some other projects in the area. I had to go to my native due to unforeseen circumstances and the builders team was excellent in terms of helping out with necessary papers, etc. I took the time out to write this as I had a very comfortable experience with them on the whole! Looking forward to possession eagerly!
I am planning to invest in a flat here. I quite liked the area and the pricing is reasonable I feel. I am approaching one of the banks that has approved the project for loan and so far it seems ok to me. Some of the comments are pretty harsh here while I myself have had a good experience with the builder so far. Not sure as to why there is a mixed bag of comments. My experience has been positive!
Not sure why Annup is against this builder, the point is, non of these builders are perfect. hence be ready to compromise. anyways, according to me, so far mix experience, i booked L6-17 (Phase one), the building is almost completed, contact me if u r my neighbor.

Sowparnika Swastika 1 is a ready to move in project and Sowparnika Swastika Phase II is under cosntruction and the expected possession is by end on this year.
Please stay away from this builder. They will trap you. They never try to hear or understand customer feelings. They act like flexible, friendly and responsible but they are not. They are very rude to the customers. Once you signed the documents everything will be vanished, they never bothered about your concerns.we are persons who are investing our money for the apartments, but they behave like they are going to give something, their personal belonging for free and make us to beg for everything. Please read all the reviews and think twice or thrice before booking the flat
