The project offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments and the estimated possession date of the project is by mid of 2014. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3700. The project has been approved by HDFC, LIC and SBI.

Having Whitefield on one side and Magadi Road, Mysore Road and Tumkur Road on the other, Kanakapura is coming up as a first choice for the buyers looking for ” affordable apartments” in the area.
Most of the projects coming up on Kanakapura Road are integrated townships, which are attracting senior citizens as much as the young working population. The place once known as a village is now witnessing a sudden sprouting of tall multistory apartments and exclusive enclaves in the middle of narrow lanes.
Kanakpura in future will also get a better connectivity with the central business districts via Namma Metro.
