In Mumbai, Bhandup West is one of the popular localities in suburb Central Mumbai. Mulund East, Bhandup East, Kanjurmarg, Mulund West, Thane East and Vikhroli are located close to Bhandup West. Some of the well-known developers in this area include Orbit Corporation, The Neptune Group, Sankalp Builders and Dheeraj Realty. Water-logging can be a major problem in the monsoons. Areas like Samarth Nagar, Bhathipada and Sonapur get regularly flooded in the rains. All the basic facilities are nearby the locality. he distance from the international Airport is about 12 km while from CST it is about 24km.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs, 13500-14250/sq-ft.

I am planning to invest there but have no idea about the locality and builder as well. Can anybody suggest me regarding locality and some good developer? What is the current residential property rate is going on in this locality?

The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 1.60 onwards for 1216 - 1225 sq ft, and for 3bhk is Rs 2 crore onwards for 1576 sq ft. The completion date will be by june 2017. I think they are giving slight negotiations.

@Vivek : The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 10,899. Banks such as HDFC, Indiabulls, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra bank have tie up with this project.

Hi Anuj, Kalpataru Crest is located in Bhandup West. It is located just 2.5 kms from eastern express highway, and in the heart of Bhandup with schools, hospitals everything nearby, i.e LBS Road, Near Asian Paints, Adjacent to Hp Petorl Pump.
