Hi Ravi,
Planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in this project? Want to know if the area has any power of water issues? Does the flats come with 24 hrs water supply?

Mr Ramesh,
Came to know that the area does not have any power outage or water issues since the locality comes under the Mumbai municipal water board. I also got to know from the sales executive that the apartments have legal water connection obtained from concerned board. For sanctioning the water line, the builder has taken all necessary steps and also that the flats will have 24 hrs water supply without any interruptions.

Hi,
Want to know where exactly does the project are coming up in Mumbai and how is its connectivity to other localities as I am planning to book a flat in this unit. What is the price the developer is quoting for this project? do let me know about it.

Hi Sandeep,
Kalpataru Avalon is coming up in LBS Marg which is situated in Bhandup west. The nearest landmark is the Asian Paints office. Bhandup station is only 10 minutes walk from the site. Besides one can also take BEST services plying from this locality to Mulund, Thane, Kanjurmarg, Nahur, Ghatkopar, Andheri and Vashi. Taxis and autos also form the local mode of connectivity. Mumbai airport is located at a distance of approx 12 kms from the place where the project is coming up.

Thanks Jerome for builder reputation. Even I heard that they are one of the finest builders in the country with vast experience in construction industry. Since I have a plan of buying a property in this project, would like to know what are the sizes available and the cost. Has the company has any tie-ups with any banks for providing loans?

Dear Anuj,
Kalpataru Avalon has 2 and 3 BHK units. There are 2 blocks in this project having 37 floors. 2 BHK has an area varying from 1310 sqft and costs approx 1.43 crore. 3 BHK comes with an area measuring 1755 sqft and the price comes to Rs. 1.93 crore. Banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, IDBI, PNB, Citi Bank have arranged for finance in this project.
