Latest Answer: This is 420 company.tthis project site if you visit,the work is not in full swing.still 5th floor they are on if you compare other builders the Mahindra has started very late they are yet to finish 6th floor. They don't have money.they are still trying to sell the flats , ppl know Unishire reputation and might have not taken or Unishire might be just taking the money from customers showing wrong flats.pls don't go with this builder, property agents are itself saying Unishire property we don't suggest.i can give list of property agents who don't suggest Unishire because of bad reputation fraud.
