@Harsha : Units such as 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will ve around Rs 43L for 909 sq ft and for 3bhk for 1232 sq ft for 68L. Which unit are you planning to buy ?

@Harsha : Yes the project is approved by BBMP. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 4750 - 5100.

@Harsha : The expected possession date will be by feb 2014. Banks such as Corporation, SBI, IDBI, ICICI, Can Fin Home Ltd are approved for home loans in this project.
