What is the current price per sq ft ? How is the connectivity of the project ?

The current price per sq ft is around Rs 3,000. The location is good, it has good connectivity. It is very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar. @Neha Patel : The units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 2bhk is Rs Rs. 33L - Rs. 39L for 1100 - 1300 sq.ft, and for 3bhk is Rs. 42L - Rs. 54L for 1400 - 1800 sq.ft.
